These terms are an agreement between you and Happy Spouse LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Happy Spouse”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Happy Spouse application and this website. By using either, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
What Happy Spouse is
Happy Spouse offers suggestions about what another person might like, based on what you tell it. It is a tool for making a better guess. It is not advice, and it is not always right. You remain responsible for what you buy, order, or plan.
Take particular care with allergies, medical needs, and dietary restrictions. The app can flag a limit you have recorded, but it cannot verify an ingredient list or a kitchen. Always check for yourself where the consequences are serious.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Happy Spouse. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
What you may enter
You may only enter information about another person that you are comfortable holding and that you have a legitimate reason to hold as their spouse or partner. You must not use Happy Spouse to monitor, profile, or build a record about someone without a close personal relationship with them, nor to enter information they have asked you to keep private.
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, reverse engineer it, or resell access to it.
Your content
What you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store it and to generate answers for you — nothing more. We do not publish it and we do not use it to train models.
Subscriptions and payment
Happy Spouse is free to start. Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time in your device's subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any suggestion will be accurate, suitable, or well received.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending these terms
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if required by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and the date above will be updated. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
